Review: On March **, 2014, I made an online purchase using my pay pal account for bee pollen from White Oak Apiary. My order total came up to $15.55 including priority mail shipping. I received an email confirmation with an invoice link from [redacted]. After waiting until May for my product (website stated something about recent orders will be processed in April 2014), I called ###-###-#### and left several messages. Since I did not receive a response, on May **, 2014 I attempted to file a PayPal non-receipt dispute - #[redacted], I was told that I waited too long to file this complaint so my case was closed.Desired Settlement: I would like my $15.55 refunded.

Review: [redacted] the owner, is refusing to provide me with the bee nucs I paid for this past winter. I paid $135 each for two. He failed to tell us where to pick up the nucs last week, does not reply to phone calls or e-mails, and, I am now finding out, often sells a diseased and woefully defective product. We tried to contact him when we were running late, going precisely we knew not, which only worsened the situation. He should be forced to close his disreputable business. We are owed either the two nucs, in excellent disease- free, condition, or an immediate refund. He is offering a partial refund, but has no address to send it to! I doubt he means to provide it. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery of two healthy (no mites, moths or disease, as other buyers I now know have been given) brood-filled nucs, with a healthy queen, ample eggs and honey. Or an immediate cash refund.

Review: On February **, 2014 I placed an order for a NYC of bees to be sent on June [redacted]. By June [redacted] I had not received any notification about the status and I tried calling. Their voicemail inbox was full and I was unable to speak to a person until several days later. When I did, their phone connection was terrible, but I left with the impression that an animal inspector was coming on Tuesday, June [redacted] and that I would get an email notification that they had been shipped. To date, I have heard nothing else. I resumed phone calls this week with the same problem of nobody answering and I sent an email to [redacted] of the company on response to my email invoice. It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received a response. At this point it's too late to install bees into a new hive and we would be wasting $175.Desired Settlement: We want to talk to the [redacted] to find out whether or not the NYC would have a good chance at thriving this year, given it's already July. If chances of thriving are reduced because of the delay, we would like our money back.

Review: I ordered a NUC of bees from White Oak Apiary on April *. My bee keeping partern, [redacted] paid for the bees with her [redacted] account. The bees were supposed to be ready and mailed to us by June [redacted].
We have heard nothing from White Oak Apiary and have not gotten our bees. It is now too late in the season to begin a bee hive and we would like a full refund.

Review: I paid $96.30 for 3 queen bees 2 weeks ago and requested a phone call if there would be a problem with delivery. I have heard nothing.
