After reading customer complaint very confused, Cust originally came in with a Toro Super recyclerblade in hand and asked to purchase the same blade he was dropping off to be sharpened, which was a simple task he had the one in hand he wanted a replacement for, easy match. He came back a few days...
later with the new blade said it wasn't as sharp as his one he just had sharpened. Tried to explain new blades are factory sent and may have a small coating On thern which wings off after few cuts. As courtesy said do you have a few minutes car sharpen this while you wait? Customer said sure. I cautioned to be careful when handing it back it was razor sharp. He asked if there was any charge for the sharpening said no it is on the house.He carrie back days later and said he didn't want the oldblade we sharpened because it is not a mirnja blade...Cornfused hê initially brought in a Blade for a Toro Super Recycléir and wärnted that same new blade. A ninja blade is for a Snapper Branded Lawnmower and is a blade that looks like än X häs 4 edges, which the Toro blade is a straight blade änd designed for a Toro mower NOT a Šrnäpper rmówer. A minja Bladé wil mot work on a Toro Mower, possibly a Toro Blaide could fit a snapper Tower.Looking in our Records we Show Customer purchased a Toro Super Recycler Mower From us, Model # 2009, Serial #29001213) his is a TORO mower.The Blade the customer came in initially he had in hand was a Toro Recycler Blade that wanted sharpened and wanted the same new blade which again was a Toro Blade. A ninja Blade is all in its own design very distinctive and designed for a Snapper Mower. We do not stock Ninja Blades in our shop,A Ninja Biade costs aboutS 25.00. Not $500.00For Customers Conviervince he may want to go to Toro.com for listings of other Toro Dealers.Also [redacted] Mower is the nearest local Snapper Dealer 518-385-8525 being that we are not.Thank you[redacted]
