My kids have been patients with this practice since 2004, I have been putting up with their strict policies and staff poor customer service since than just because I like the physicians, today they denied seeing my sick son (with a 103 fever) because of balance of $120 ... I couldn't believe my ears when the lady who answered the phone told me that, her name was [redacted] Minding you that this bill is under disputes with our insurance and we have been always up to date paying our medical bills with them.. I'm leaving this practice and I will find a better one that values me as a customer...","neg-1
