August 24'h -10775BWe want to thank you for bringing this important matter to our attentionWhite Pine Lending is proud of its long history of excellent customer service so we take any consumer complaint very seriouslyWe have investigated the complaint and proved our response below.White Pine Lending received the application from the customer on 8/19/We then attempted to contact her at the numbers provided on the applicationThe customer eventually called in from her work number on 8/20/to inform one of our customer representatives that she never applied online and did not request a loanImmediately after that call ended, the application was marked denied and the customer account history was closed with no further actionPlease inform MrsDavis of the following:
White Pine Lending never processed her application and it has been cancelledWhite Pine Lending can confirm that no credit check was requested for the customer. If you or Mrs*** have any follow up questions, please let us know
