Review: On May *, 2013, I purchased a vehicle from the dealer @ White Plains Buick-GMC. My car purchase included a 60 day warranty. I agreed on the price of the purchase and the 60 day warranty only. I was charged an additional amount of $1995.00 for an extended warranty. From the beginning , I told the salesman, [redacted] that I did not wish to purchase the extended warranty, however I was charged for it. I have attempted three times to discuss my case at the dealership, but as a result I have only received a check for$59.00.I also have not received a bill from the finance company. Please assist in resolving this issue. I feel I have been taken advantage of due to my age. I live on a very limited budget. All I want is my money returned.Desired Settlement: I want the remaining amount of $1935.00 refunded to me ASAP.

Sincerely,

Review: I requested a contract for the 2 year lease of a Buick Verano several times. I was never given a contract to sign. I was told that I would be covered by the national program they were running. I had a GM supplier discount from my employer AIG. Even after I put a down payment they still did not give me a contract with the sale price. I did receive a lease contract that was not complete only two of the 4 pages. This is my complaint. Deceptive practice that did not show the sales price of the car. I realize now that they did not give me a contract because they did not give me the full discount on the car that was available. I found out today after my XM radio was shut off after one week that they lied about 2 years of free XM radio that was not included in the contract either, I also never received a copy of the vehicle window sticker.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the sales price re appraised and the monthly price lowered to reflect the lower sales price of the car. Receive a copy of the window sticker, the 2 years of XM radio 2 years of service maintenance that was promoted on GM advertising and on star.

Sincerely,

Review: I just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on */**/13. Not even 2 weeks later the car did not start and left me with no other option but to be towed in and fixed. Apparently they had put in a wooden screw to basically hold things together with the battery and sold it to me with my 4 small children this way. They fixed it without providing me a loaner and I had missed work. Fast forward to about a week and a half ago. when I started hearing a strange noise from the car yet again. I had people stop me saying it was my brakes. To take it in asap. I brought it in on thursday */1 and again provided no loaner car to me and not even a shuttle to get home because I had my 4 children with me. Had to walk and bus it home and missed more work over the weekend. I had told them that they needed to let me know if any cost was to come about before they did anything as I did not have any way to pay right now and they assured me theyd call. I was called a few times saying the car would be ready today*/4. They call me and tell me that im responsible for $100 deductable through my extended warranty. I should NOT be liable to pay a damn dime when this car is with me just over a month. They refused to do anything to help and waive the fee stating, "If I were to have driven it and crashed I wouldve paid a deductable to my insurance so its no different." REALLY?! Actually its a lot different. The service here is horrid and unless you know cars dont trust ANY of the salespeople here! CHECK EVERYTHING!Desired Settlement: In a ideal world id LOVE for them to take the car back and be let out of the LEIN. But waiving the $100 would suffice for now so I can have a car to take my children to their dr appts. as planned.

To address the customer's first complaint of the no start issue we here at White Plains Buick GMC fixed the car at no cost to the customer as a goodwill gesture to make things right. Fast forward to [redacted] 2013 when the customer returned for a brake concern, After the car was written up and diagnosed we offered the customer a loner car as well as a ride home but at the time we did not have anything that would accommodate her and her 4 children so she chose to take the bus. I had asked her repeatedly if that was ok and she stated that she was fine with that and it was not a problem. When the customer purchased the car she also purchased an extended warranty that includes a $100.00 deductable. After a few phone calls back and forth [redacted] had a gentleman call in and provide a credit card to pay the $100.00 deductable and she came in and picked up her car. We here at White Plains Buick GMC strive for excellent customer satisfaction and work our hardest to satisfy all of our customer requests in a respectable manor within reason. We will be reaching out to the customer to see who the person was that paid the bill to provide them with a refund of the $100.00 deductable that was paid so she could pick up her car. The is a onetime courtesy to her to show that we try our hardest to exceed the customer's expectations as well as provide excellent service to all of our customer's who choose to purchase/service their car here at White Plains Buick GMC.
