I came in on a Groupon and got a massage with Shannon Jenna had me come back for free when I complained the focus wasn't on my neck like I wanted She explained she was not a massage therapist, but made sure a therapist worked on the areas I needed while she focused on my stretch marks and my skin The warm sage body wash was relaxing and amazing! My skin all over now looks and feels amazing I am now pain free and I joined the VIP clubI now go see Jenna twice a month because I can afford it

The owner is the most educated person I've ever met in her fieldShe includes seasonal body services that are creative and most importantly really work!! She has an amazing facility and staff with a comfortably elegant atmosphereI'm an avid spa person, and never before have been nearly as well pampered as I have hereWhite Raven is also a wellness center dedicated to healing the body naturallyAnd the best part is its not expensive like other placesI had my sister's birthday party here and they catered and took care of of us flawlessly!! LOVE ! I've Been coming back for over a year now, and it's consistently perfection!! Thanks to Jenn, my skin is the best it's ever been!

This spa has relocated to Dixie Highway, very difficult to findI was part of a wedding party going in the day of the wedding to be pampered with mani/pedi's and massagesThe day of, the wedding party was kept waiting minutes and then we were sent minutes away to another nail salon for our mani/pedi's By the time we got back to the Salon, it was too late for our massages This was poorly planned and horribly executedThe owner got upset with the bride and hung up on her because she calmly expressed her displeasureI know this because I was sitting next to the bride and heard the entire conversationI would never go back to this salon myself or recommend it to anyoneThis salon couldn't provide me with a single service on the day the bride had arranged and signed a group contract for our services Very disappointing for our entire group on a wedding day!

I would like to say I went to get a massage a few weeks ago with a groupon I purchased and I was very pleased with the service I received that I scheduled future appointment with Jenna for facials and bodywrapsI am pleased to say I'm am even more pleased with these services I gotI will definitely be going back!

I have been a customer at White Raven for almost a year now and my experiences have continued to be amazing through that timeI have gotten both massages and facials with Jenna, the ownerShe is extremely knowledgeable and remembers my skin each timeImportantly, she is open to feedback and requests (such as focusing on a problem area)It is also evident that she cares about the client feeling pampered and relaxed, there is a waiting room that has dimmed lighting and soft music playing
Though I originally came in with a Groupon, I have found the services to be reasonably priced and she even has a spa membership program where you get discount services for a year!

Jenna and her staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The enviroment was clean and relaxing. I was very pleased with the service I was provided. I will be a repeat client. I rarely provide feedback however the positive experience I had couldnt go unnoticed.

My compalint is with Shannon Rich of this business. She was very unprofessional and rude. She told me to go ahead with booking her services and then called to get me a refund. She sent very rude text messages to my phone as well. And is basically now refusing to provide her services to my husband.
