The best of the best with you all the way start to finish have had this pool for years looks better today then the day it was installed and btw no subs there own peopleThank you Cindy

I have lived in my house for yearsWhen I first moved in I had the pool re-plastered by a local company in Mount DoraI had a number of problems with that job including gashes in the surface that looked like somebody dropped a trowel on it while the material was wet and an open pocket left between the lip of the waterfall and the tile that caused water loss and algae build upThat job had a year warranty and that's exactly how long it lasted before it started to pit at an alarming rateI started searching the internet for options and came across the pebbled "wet edge" look displayed on White Sands' web siteIt was the weekend but I called and left a message and someone called me back that day telling me that the sales person would contact me on MondayI called two other companies that day too but I never heard anything from either of them after leaving messagesBut White Sands called as promised on Monday
The salesman who came out was very informative and knowledgeableMost refreshing was that he was not pushy at allCompared to my previous experience, where the owner of the company came out and basically told me what he was going to do and used phrases like "you don't want to do that" and" what you need to do is" , the White Sands salesperson, Mark, offered me choices, giving me the good points and drawbacks that could go along with each of them
We ended up going with the "small pebble" finish that my wife preferred over the large pebble that I liked with the blue backgroundIt looks fantastic! So much so that I really wish we had gone with the large, more visible pebble but as they say "happy wife, happy life"The are a few small areas where the pebble is "underexposed" but the research that I have done says that over time more pebble will begin to surface. How cool is it to have a pool look better over time? In the first couple of weeks this under exposure caused the surface to have some bluer streaks but after a few weeks the color all evened out
I was impressed with the White Sands teamThey had a specialist, or specialists, for every stage of the jobFirst there was the guy who came out and drained the pool, tore out the old tile, removed much of the previous surface, and prepared the pool for the rest of the workNext came the tile guys who did an outstanding jobI have had a lot of tile work done and none was ever any better than thisThen the crew, about guys, showed up and put the pebbled surface onIt was amazing to watch and a little freaky because when they first start blowing in the material it is ridiculously blue and the pebble is not visibleThe next day two more guys came out and did the light acid wash to bring out the pebblesFinally another guy came out and put the initial chemicals inThe whole job took days which was longer than I was told it would take, but it was worth the waitI was so impressed with them that I decided to ask about replacing my pump and filter (while I was at it)Yet another team member, ***, who is their electrical guy, gave me great deals on both, installed, which saved me big bucks on better equipment than I had been looking at and stopped me from getting my pennies pinched (pun intended)
The things that stood out to me the most with each of the people that showed up were the tenure that they all had with the company (most over years) and the respect that they all seemed to have for the owners of their companyAnd that's how they all treated the work, as if it was their own companyThat speaks volumes
Now only time will tell if the job is as good as it appears and the Wet Edge Pebble is a durable as it's supposed to beBut I have faith that White Sands will stand behind their work if anything goes wrongI highly recommend them

This company was awesome!!!!!! The workers were polite, clean, and did an outstanding job re-doing our pool We cannot say enough about hown pleased we are with this company and their work Thank you, and we will be telling our friends and neighbors about your company!!!!

I too would avoid this company like the plague. Ed couldn't even keep an initial appointment that I made through the [redacted] I even took the day off work to meet with him. I was able to exchange text with Ed and he couldn't have cared less. I called the company asking for management to call me back and got nothing. So glad I didn't go any further with them ! Can you imagine what their work and service would be like if they can't even keep an initial appointment. Too bad for them, I've put over $50,000 in my home the last 2 years and have a $20,000 budget for the pool. Their loss. Plenty of fish in the ocean ! .
