Shady practice whose willing to lose business, over an unjust $30 charge. They will nickel and dime patients for any and every little thing they possibly can. $178 for a routine cleaning, + a copayment, and then slapped on an additional 3ed charge for the dentist to look at your teeth (in my case) no longer than 45 seconds, tops! The staff (for the exception of my dental hygienist) is extremely cold, dismissive, and rude! This shady practice has blocked me from leaving a review on their website; this is the reason why you’ll only see reviews of 4-5 stars. So if your review of their practice is anything other than favorable, they will block you from leaving it. As far as all these 5 Stare reviews, take note of the States which these reviews were submitted, most are from out of State! Think twice before giving this dishonest practice your business.

This letter is in response to the complaint received by a former patientThe patient is only partially correct in her complaintShe was informed that her insurance would reimburse her 100%However, what she does not recall is that her insurance reimburses 100% of what they allow, NOT
of our fees. Our office is not nor ever will be deceitful with our patientsOur patients know, as is it is stated in the office financial policy that is signed by the patient, that dental insurances are designed to be a financial assistance and NOT payment in fullEach plan has their own set of guidelines and limitationsThe financial policy also states and recommends that that the patient should refer to their "book of benefits" in order for them to be knowledgeable of their planWe have enclosed our policy that clearly states this. Our office does not know the allowances for insurance companies, as the patient claims we doIf the patient would like to know what the allowances are, they are responsible to call the insurance companyIf we are not a participating provider, (which we are not with the patient's insurance company), the insurance company will not share that information with a non participating provider however, will with the subscriber. After much discussion our office has chosen to reimburse the patient $The patient never once complained of the quality of care she received in our office or the services providedA check will go out to the patient today.
