Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The seat adjuster that we purchased was suppose to be a complete kit We kept asking if the handle was included, and he informed us it was He was suppose to ship it to us, but when we spoke, he said he lost our address He said he would bring it to [redacted] , and refund our shipping cost Saturday we met him at [redacted] and said that he must have laid the handle aside, but he was going home and he would have it for us on Sunday He did not get a chance to go home and he would mail it to us That was August We have called him many times, most of the times there was no answer The one time he did answer the phone, he said he forgot our address After he heard from Revdex.com, he called us on Nov He was very upset that we called Revdex.com, and denied ever saying there was a handle included He said that would be another $ Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I delivered the part that was orderedthis part did not come with a handle , and was never stated to included a handleI did tell him I would keep an eye out for a handle he could purchase, however I have never came across oneI did offer him to ship the part back to us for a full refundHe
stated he does not want to do that, at this point our company has completed this order and can not assist the consumer any further
