The business advertises with signs on the door, above the door, and inside the laundry area that the laundromat is open until 9pm each day, days a week, with the last wash at 8pm
On July 4th I arrived at the laundromat at 6pm, but the laundromat was closed with a tiny sign taped to the door to say that they had closed at 5pm
Today, on July 6th, I arrived at the laundromat at 7: pm so that I could get there before the last wash at 8pm; I know from experience that the washers take about a half an hour, so I knew I could do my laundry then take it home to dry so that I would be gone before the 9pm close However, when I arrived at 7:45, the doors were locked and an employee was mopping I knocked on the door and pointed to the closing time, clearly stated on the door as 9pm She told me that since there had been no customers, she had closed up early, with the owner's permission I pointed out that I was a customer and that the sign clearly stated that the store was
