Review: the first problem was that the one limo did not show up on time. second was that they didn't give my church the white runner. also they did not put out the red runner that I was suppose to get coming out of the limo. also there one driver did not get out of the car to greet the guest till after some started walking in. also we were suppose to have to infinities and two hummers showed up. next complaint at the end of the night two limos (infinites) where suppose to show up as well as a "free" limo from the company. only one limo showed up. the limo held 15 people which left 17 people to have to find a ride home. location was [redacted] in [redacted] to try and find a way home to queens new York. now the limo driver that did show up didn't know anything about the other limos. while in the limo [redacted] (a worker) called to say how sorry she was for the mix up. now that driver drove so fast I was getting people sick. then leaving in such a rush and moving everything so fast out of the limo he then left things in the limo that I still do not have back and that went bad. and sped off. now after going back and fourth after days [redacted] admitted to the mix up and offered to pay me out of her pocket or to take a free limo for 4 hours on another day. well after not hearing back I then called again now being told by her and the [redacted] ( who during the whole thing called his personal number that he gives out) and now [redacted] is telling me they did nothing wrong and then had nerve to tell me that next time I do things to have the people write everything down and take copies. now when booking I asked for copies and receipts they would not give me and said, don't worry we keep everything on file we will not ruin your day. they said they would send me a check it is now 2 weeks and I still have nothing. please helpDesired Settlement: I think the business needs to give me a refund and needs to be punished look online at brides before me and after me and all the complaints. the [redacted] is a thief and his workers are just the same.

Review: Two days prior to event, The limo company was contacted to review timing of pick up for the day of service. Traffic and timing was reviewed and agreed upon, acknowledging that I would be at my destinations before 5pm.

On the day of service, I the bride, was not picked up by the limo because it did not arrive. The [redacted] explained that according to the GPS there was traffic. Although, There was no communication before 5:17 pm to explain to me the limo would be late.

The event started at 5pm.

Witnesses at the event explained that the limo was 2.7 miles from the destination ( my home) at 4:40 pm in which the limo needed to be to my home at 5 pm to pick me up.

At 5 pm when the limo was still not at my home to pick me up, I had to use my own mode of transporting. I passed the limo on the way to the church. Hence, the same route was taken. It only took me 6 minutes to get to the church from my house ( the 2.7 mile).

I explained this to [redacted] the [redacted] of white star and he is unwilling to show me the GPS report. There is no reason that it should have taken 37 minutes to drive 2.7 miles.

The [redacted], offered a limo to the airport to make up for this lack of service. The limo again never arrived and put us In a very bad situation. This cost us more to get last minute transportation to the airport and we almost missed our flight. The morning of the honeymoon when the limo was late, [redacted] was contacted directly on his cell phone. He answered and said he would call back in just a few minutes. We thought for a moment there was hope the limo might arrive. [redacted] never returned the call and the limo never came.

After each of these events I repeatedly contacted [redacted] to rectify the situation.Desired Settlement: I request the amount paid for servicer refunded.
