Dear Representative Revdex.com of Chicago,This is a written response and explanation to a letter we received from Revdex.com regarding a customer complaintThe complain was submitted on 5/23/and was assigned an ID of [redacted] signed up for a [redacted] student membership on 7/25/at our martial arts gymHis billing information was sent to [redacted] after he had signed the contract as a whole and portion of the contract that authorized the billing compan***) for automatic monthly withdrawal.On 3/2/and 4/1/the billing company attempted their scheduled payment withdrawal but the credit card on file was declinedThose two missed payments is the reason why Mr [redacted] was charged the late payment fees and return payment fees which totaled to $White Tiger Martial Arts Center is not responsible for charging the $payment because the card was not declined due to negligence on our partThe return charges were caused by Mr [redacted] 's card declining payment to the billing company -- the billing company even has a warning system for missed payments.On 4/15/2015, Mr [redacted] provided a new card information which was written on his physical contract and signedOn 9/28/2015, he came in to make a payment of $for the missing payments on his contractHis monthly bill was $and missed payments for the following dates: 3/1/2015, 5/1/2015, 6/1/2015, 7/1/The four missed payments sums up to $which does not include the late payment fees or return payment fees.On 9/28/Mr [redacted] made an in-house payment of $This information was not sent to the billing company due to an unidentifiable reasonThis error was corrected on 5/23/when White Tiger Martial Arts Center reported the $payment to the billing companyAfter White Tiger Martial Arts Center contacted the billing company ( [redacted] on 5/24/2016, the billing company has agreed to remove any negative credit marks that was filed since 9/28/However, the***) have stated that the $late payment and return charge is legally validated by the contract since it was posted due to incorrect payment information provided by Mr [redacted] which led to him being charged late payments on 3/1/and 4/1/White Tiger Martial Arts Center is not responsible for any negative credit marks filed by the billing company or additional charges that posted prior to 9/28/Any dated information above has corresponding documents to prove the validity of White Tiger Martial Arts Center's claim.White Tiger Martial Arts Center has requested Affiliated Acceptance Corporation to remove all charges and negative credit remarks on Mr [redacted] 's account regardless of the reason for being filedThis request was made on 5/24/They have agreed to remove all late fees and return fees but stated that any negative credit marks prior to 9/28/is valid.Any dated information has corresponding documentation to prove the validity of facts.-- Office ManagerWhite Tiger Martial Arts Center [redacted] [redacted] *

His billing information was sent to [redacted] after he had signed the contract as a whole and portion of the contract that authorized the billing compan[redacted]) for automatic monthly withdrawal.On 3/2/2015 and 4/1/2015 the billing company attempted their scheduled payment withdrawal but the credit card on file was declined. Those two missed payments is the reason why Mr. [redacted] was charged the 2 late payment fees and 2 return payment fees which totaled to $60. White Tiger Martial Arts Center is not responsible for charging the $60 payment because the card was not declined due to negligence on our part. The return charges were caused by Mr. [redacted]'s card declining payment to the billing company -- the billing company even has a warning system for missed payments.On 4/15/2015, Mr. [redacted] provided a new card information which was written on his physical contract and signed. On 9/28/2015, he came in to make a payment of $536 for the 4 missing payments on his contract. His monthly bill was $134 and missed payments for the following dates: 3/1/2015,  5/1/2015, 6/1/2015, 7/1/2015. The four missed payments sums up to $536 which does not include the late payment fees or return payment fees.On 9/28/2015 Mr. [redacted] made an in-house payment of $536. This information was not sent to the billing company due to an unidentifiable reason. This error was corrected on 5/23/2016 when White Tiger Martial Arts Center reported the $536 payment to the billing company. After White Tiger Martial Arts Center contacted the billing company ([redacted] on 5/24/2016, the billing company has agreed to remove any negative credit marks that was filed since 9/28/2015.
