Principle party, ***, knocked over decorative plaster column that was holding a crystal & gold plated lamp in my living room. She displayed extreme remorse & offered to compensate me for both. In an effort to assage her guilt, I suggested that we could barter for services in lieu of monetary measures & we agreed that her accomplice (her son ***) would clean two (2) 20-gallon aquariums in preparation for restoring them to operation on their next scheduled service; which they ultimately reneged on & therefore never fulfilled the agreement. After numerous conversations & attempts to contact them regarding honoring the agreement, I requested to be compensated due to their breach, the principle party, Sherry, became hostile, dishonest by denying the incident occurred & threatening.
My intention was to resolve the matter in an honest, integregal, quiet, professional manner until Sherry became dishonest, defensive & antagonistic.
Product_Or_Service: DOMESTIC (Janitorial/General House Cleaning)
Replacement Compensation in the amount of $115 for replacement of the aforementioned destroyed personal property; equitable to one hour of the company's service charge.

I am ***. ***, the owner of White Tornado Cleaning Service. We have been in business for 17 years and have never had a complaint. We have held govt. contracts on military bases and have done residential cleans as well. This entire complaint is based on a fabricated lie. *** contacted us to book a clean in her apartment. She asked at that time could we help her with hanging some pictures and a shower curtain. I told her we would try based on the time we had. I gave a price of $140.00 for the entire job. Our first clean was Aug. 7th. We did a military style clean. from ceiling to floor. Her apartment was in need of a thorough clean. When we left she was thrilled. She text us at 1am. to say "Thank you, thank you, I cannot remember being this happy to come home." On this day I saw 2 broken plaster columns, she said they had been broken for a long time. She first wanted us once a month, then changed and wanted us in two weeks, I told her we could do her clean on the 21st, the day before the 20th, she cancelled. I rescheduled on the 23rd, when I got to the front door she yelled at me "It's open." Her attitude was mean, nasty and indignant, she was arrogant and demanding from then on. We proceed to hang pics, cleaned rug in living room, hung shower curtain applied Bona product to hard wood floors. Nothing we did was good enough, both trips we stayed approximately 4 hours for $140.00 On Sept 3rd I told her we could not clean on the 4th, we would need to reschedule, she harassed me texting for hours, she is demanding and rude, I made the decision to we would never go back. Two week later, she text to see what time we would be there,I did not respond, she has only text us twice since then, demanding compensation for something I did not do #1 There were no attempts to reach us #2 No written or oral agreement to repay anything #3 I never spoke to her, I did tell her to leave us alone, or I would have to contact to police department and report her for communications harassment #4 She is only mad because we will not come back and let her take advantage. #5 There is no hourly charge, we quote by the job!
