After two days of non-professional phone calls with Eddie, he refuses to help with issue with my vehicle purchased only two months ago. The issue is involving the factory key issued at purchase. It requires Eddie’s assistance.
It was advertised by Eddie that any mechanical issues could come back to the "shop for review" before going to another mechanic. This has not been the case. I have been pushed off to the finance company. Eddie has consistently hung up on me, spoken in loud tones, and referred to me outside of my name. When mentioning the "shop," Eddie says it was closed 4 or 5 months ago but I just purchased the car in November.
