When you called you was explained about room types and availability of rooms as we were experiencing high call volume for reservations due to Trout fishing and turkey hunting, you opted to move forward with the reservation and did guarantee with your Master credit card
In order to accommodate people with their different schedules, the credit card companies have allowed you, as a credit card holder, to guarantee your room reservation with valid credit cardThe motel is then obligated to hold the room for you until you arrive and up to 6am the next morningIf your plans change, you are able to cancel the reservation by simply phoning the motel directlyA cancellation number is provided to you at that timeIn the event you do not arrive for the room reservation and do not cancel the reservation, the hotel is allowed to bill your credit card for the first night's chargeIn the event your credit card is billed a no-show charge, you are then able to provide the cancellation number to the credit card company, the motel, and/or the reservation center as proof of cancellation
After carefully researching our records, we find a reservation was booked however, we cannot find any indication that this reservation was cancelled or that you arrived for your reservation as scheduled .Your Master credit card was charged $for the reservation that you guaranteedIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at ***
Our record indicates that you have called few times on 5/06/and use inappropriate language on numerous occasions despite you was requested to tone down

The policy was not stated as *** statedSecond I said he was a crook not used any profanityAny business that would gouge and take a consumers eyes, deserve that nothingI have informed my bank to investigate, the business practices of said White Valley Motel*** never suggested this was their most expensive room on the phoneI was never told anything except do I want to hold the reservation with a credit cardSo no I don't accept this at all I will continue to fight this crookedness that the White Valley perpetuates

As explained earlier, Your room reservation was guaranteed with valid credit card, motel was obligated to hold the room until next day morning! Our record indicates that you haven't cancel your reservationYour credit card was charged for the NO-SHOW!
Your suggested "fair fees" is for the guest who cancel their reservation on or before the arrival check in time subject to motel cancellation policy
Our records also indicates that you use excessive inappropriate language
Again we have zero tolerance policy for verbal abuse and disrespectful behavior
