In response to your letter of inquiry dated 06/23/we are submitting the following facts; In April of the customer contacted our service department regarding in issue he claimed to be having with the operation of the Kubota M6060HDC tractor, SN he purchased 09/17/Customer stated that tractor will rock back and forth with shuttle lever in neutral and range in gear and gear shift in gear On 04/18/a service technician was dispatched for an on-site service callThe technician ran the tractor and the complaint issue was not evidentThe customer was not present On 04/27/the same technician returned when the customer could be presentThis time the customer ran the tractor and the complaint issue was still not evidentThe technician also tried running the tractor and there was no rocking issue evidentSincerely, Douglas A*** Vice-President ***'s Farm Supply, Inc
