Ordered on Black Friday, company neglected to ship in time for Christmas delivery despite "guaranteeing" Christmas delivery
I ordered two leotards on 11/24/On 11/17/I emailed the company to inquire about shipping since it has been three weeks with no follow up to my orderThey responded that they would ship it ASAP, and they said they "guarantee Christmas delivery." Well, Christmas came and went without my orderOn 12/26/2017, my package was delivered, but only one of the two items were sentI sent another email asking how they planned to resolve them failing to meet their own guarantee, and to express my frustration with only receiving half my orderI received a phone call later that day from Tammy, telling me she would talk to her supervisor to see what they could do and that she'd call me back either later that day or the following morningThe next thing I know, I was issued a refund for the missing item, but received no follow up as promised and nothing to addre

I have made several orders with the company and always been met with friendly service- even when I've made errors ordering the wrong size they were accommodating with an exchange The products are good quality and my daughter says they are comfortable to wearIt's our favorite dancewear brand
I placed an order with Kandi Kouture Dancewear but they never shipped my order They charged my credit card for the full order & I received this email from Kandi Kouture Dancewear:We apologize about your order *** it's been so long but with a manufacturer error no longer have your items to fulfill your orderYour spent $You will be receiving a gift card in the amount of $in return to shop on our new and improved websitePlease know with the new website we are running under a new manufacturer that will make our customers much happier We apologize and hope you have a fabulous holiday weekendThank you! I have emailed them twice letting them know I am not accepting a credit in place of a full refund but I haven't received a response or a full refund for this purchase that was never fulfilled I have never received any of the items but they charged me $ I would like a full refund processed ASAP for the total amount they charged meThanks!

I purchased leotards at $a piece from this Company about months agoWhen the items arrived, one was without a tag and the other did not have a panty liner in itThinking the items were possibly returned by another customer I contacted the Company and Chris emailed me back and assured me they were both new and apologized that they were without a tag and linerI decided to trust Chris but I should have known betterMy daughter is a beginner dancer and had only worn one of the leotards timesI hand washed the item only once and laid it flat to dry as instructedMy daughter brought the leotard to me a few days ago and the mesh in between the stripes had small holes and was deteriorating in several placesI notified the Company immediatelyChris emailed me and asked me to send pictures which I did and then responded that they would not approve an exchangeThen Chris went on to instruct me for future that I need to hand wash the items so that the mesh will stay in tact basically insinuating I had failed to properly care for the items thus being the reason for the mesh deterioratingUnbelievable! Think twice before spending your hard earned money with this CompanyThere is a reason their Facebook Page doesn't allow for reviewsAny reputable company would let their customers leave reviews if they 100% stood behind the products they sell
My daughter lives in Kandi KoutureWe own at least leotards in different stylesThey are well made, lined and very flattering onThe stitching is high quality and we have had no problems with seemsThe fabric is high quality and the styles very unique! Shipping is fast and communication from Kandi Kouture is timelyShe is also very responsiveI like knowing that when I'm talking to them I'm actually talking to the owner and creator! Her passion for dance quality certainly comes through!

The dancewear that we purchased was defective The fabrics used were not appropriately prepared and the dyes bled into other areas of the garment
We have purchased several items from Kandi Kouture They are known for sizing issues, citing the items being "handmade" as the reason for thisUnfortunately, we had those issuesThe leotards we purchased were too large for my daughter despite trying to follow the size chart
They have a very short return policy, and any item you purchase on sale is not returnable
So, we held onto our item for a few months so my daughter could grow into it She recently wore one leotard, and I then handwashed and line dried it This is the standard for cleaning dancewear, and we are very careful to follow this with our leotards
This particular Kandi Kouture leotard bled purple dye all over the nude colored mesh on the leotard It looks awful, and I cannot get the dye to come out
