This is in response to the case filed against Whiteface Mountain in regards to refund policyAlthough it is against our policy, we did issue a full refund to the guestWe want every guest that comes to the mountain to have a great experience but unfortunately this is not always the caseThe guest purchased a multi-day ticket and used it daysTypically in this situation we offer them an opportunity to come back and give the mountain another tryThis was not good enough so we did eventually offer a refund Like most ski resorts, there is a no refund policy and this is posted at every sales point Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint!
