On Nov 23, 2016, Kim B***, called our office & inquired about our coaching programWe explained the program & the payment options of $for a paid in full or monthly payments of $After understanding all the program had to offer & the savings she would incur, Mrs B***
gave her husband's credit card informationShe was emailed a paid invoiceMrs B*** was never told that she would receive a free month of services. We have an email from Mrs B*** on Nov 25, stating, "I spoke with my husband this morning, finally, about everything and he is on board, but hesitant"We have notes that Dr B*** participated in telephone calls on Nov & Dec with his coach, DrRon P***There were various other calls with Dr B***'s staff between Dec 14, & Feb 8, Dr B*** sent members of his staff to our seminar in Scottsdale on Feb 3-4, 2017. In Feb, we received an email from Dr B*** stating he wanted to quit the programWe offered him a refund of $for unused services, ($3000.00/month for months)Dr B*** was not happy with this amount.Dr B*** contacted his credit card company in Feb & claimed fraudWe explained the situation & had proof of the doctor's participationThey agreed that there was no fraud on this cardLast month, Dr B*** had an attorney send us a letter requesting a refund of the $We responded to the attorney's letter stating we will refund $The attorney did not respond to our letter & instead started a chargeback with the doctor's credit card for $We responded to the chargeback & it was reversed a few days later. We have not heard from Dr B*** or his attorney since the chargeback reversal or their acceptance of our offer to refund the $Instead he has filed this complaint with the Revdex.com. We did not defraud Dr B*** nor did we charge his card without authorization for our pecuniary gain

[redacted] and Whitehall management are an example of the adage, "a fool and his money are soon parted". Whitehall spews their mantra of "staff driven practice" as a means to greater success. They rehash old ideas and when they do not work they tell practice owners to fire their staff and hire someone new for less money (staff driven practice). They then show that as profit. Whitehall seminars are nothing more than exploitation of one or two dental mills hand picked to represent them. The seminars will bore you to tears and they are so cheap they won't even provide a cup of coffee to keep you awake. Don't waste your time and money on this hooey. [redacted] and his cohorts will laugh all the way to the bank at your expense.
