With reference to complaint of *** * *** ID ***, guest had booking for smocking room and at the time of check in also they asked for smoking roomIn smoking room howsoever you clean smoke smell can not be eliminated fully that guest should understandWe clean our room throughly
when guest checks out and change all the linens, blanket while making the bedsWe do carpet shampoo every monthWe did our best to make our guest happy by giving new linens they asked forGuest paid cask at the time of check in and it is our management policy not to give any cash refund but our corporate office will mail check for the refund amount with in weeks timeGuest asked to check out day earlywe explained to them about our management refund policy and check for $has been mailed to guest.We can not refund money the night guest stayed in hotel and there is a rate difference for Saturday and SundayWe refund to the guest for theSunday night as per the rate on their booking.Thanks and for any question email us we will be happy to response you at the earliest.Best regards*** ***(Manager)

I am rejecting this response because:Howard Johnson 2535 State Rd 16 St. Augustine Florida, 32092 Name on the reservation is [redacted] the reservation number is [redacted] check in date 2-24-17     2-26-17 this the one they charged me for.  Travlu reservation is [redacted] 2-24-17 to 2-26-17 [redacted] on the reservation as well at Howard Johnson
