This company callled an employee under the guise of a sales call for SEO for our website They never sent a contract or any paperwork, but commenced billing our organization without authorization Unfortunately, because of some lax oversight, the bills were paid, to the tune of almost $5, To make matters worse, the website they were supposedly doing SEO on was not even our website We attempted to rectify the matter and a gentleman by the name of [redacted] said he would correct the website address, which he did, and give us years of free SEO We needed to change the keywords for the service to be effective, as they were entirely incorrect, but we never got anyone at the organization to do that, even after several emails and phone calls This company has very shady business practices, they bill without contracts and just hope it gets lost in your accounts payable department, which sadly for us, it did Product_Or_Service: We never officially ordered anything Order

received call to verify information which was givenreceived letter that looked like we were going to be billed 5/22/Received a letter from white hat Mkt dated 5/15/17, a company we have never dealt with in the pastI called the customer service line, to get more informationwhen I asked what this letter was they stated it was a confirmation letter The customer service person then stated he would pull our account to get me more information I was put on hold and no one ever came back to review According to my marketing director they identified themselves as a Google search entity just verifying information....never mentioned a cost or that we would be billed for services The letter stated this communication will proceed to validate your service, which will activate upon receipt of remittance and will continue in quarterly billed segments I believe this is a SCAM and you should avoid

This company has contacted a member of our marketing team through phone calls and mail, falsely claiming to be a service we already use. WhiteHatMkt purports to be a SEO vendor for the College, and has called and mailed a member of our marketing team whose contact information is easily available the web. They phrase their communication in a way to suggest that we're already doing business with them and that they're following up on an outstanding invoice. The team member smelled something fishy and reported it to me. We do not use any service that WhiteHatMkt claims to offer, and I recommend anyone else stay away as well.

Out of the blue I received a call yesterday where they basically asked to confirm facts about my company which were correct Then today they called again today and as soon as she mentioned she was recording it felt very shady I asked who she was with and how they found me and she claimed that we expressed interest in their services "one quarter ago" when we definitely did not I never have or will acquire SEO services This is a very shady business practice and all potential victims should be warned! The customer service rep will try to guide you down a line of questioning and pretend like you ordered services

We were contacted by our finance department about an invoice we had received from this companyIt was an invoice for SEO work totaling to almost $1,Since we already have a company doing our SEO work immediately knew that this was strangeAfter googling the company and reading the reviews left by others on Revdex.com we realized that they are scamming peopleWhen contacted we told them that we did not request these services and the invoice would not be paidWe were then contacted by a man with an English accent asking to resolve the issueWe told him that we had seen the reviews of his company online and there was nothing to be resolved, he told us that he had phone recording of us requesting services, which we said he could email to us if they existed (he said that since we were not looking to resolve the matter there would be no point) we then told him to not contact our company again or we would be taking actionToday (weeks later) he called again saying that he saw our complaint on Revdex.com and wanted to resolve the matter, we told him that as we said before there was nothing to resolve and not to contact us again and hung upHe immediately called back asking to speak to our general manager, we ended the call again and we have had to alert of front desk staff not to answer their callsThis company is obviously fraudulent and is going to lengths to keep their name somewhat cleared on the internet so they can continue to scam companies
