We understand that you may be extremely busy with servicing other clients. We decided to respond via email to address *** ***'s complaint.*** *** signed a contract with Whitehouse Lawn Care, LLC acknowledging monthly payments are due at the 1st of each month. This is highlighted very well in the contract prior to the customer's potential signature.Although, we typically honor a few days grace period None the Less, *** *** made late payments consistently every month beyond the grace period thus nearing almost 30days late. In June 2016, Whitehouse Lawn Care, LLC sent out a notice to all of its' clients notifying them that our payment policy had changed and that we no longer would be accepting checks. In that letter we offered our clients payment options:1. Maintain customer's card information on file for automatic chargeInvoice customer via email where they have the private discretion to put in their personal information3. Go to our website and use the Pay Pal system there.Out of all of our clients, for some reason *** *** appeared to respond to the notice as though it was a personal attack against her. She stated that she would not be using our services next year. I responded to her email letting her know that she was welcome to terminate our services immediately if she felt incovenienced in anyway. And that she did not have to wait until next year to cancel services. She reponded in a manner in which she wanted to continue services by selecting payment option 2. Once she made this decision, she was fully aware again of our payment policy with specifics; the due date and the payment options.Moving forward *** *** continued to make late paymentts after being invoiced to her email address. At two different occasions where she claimed she did not receive the invoice. The first time she claimed her computer was not working At some point, Whitehouse Lawn Care, LLC was even generous enough to offer her a customized solution plan that would assist her getting her payments in on time. That offer allowed her to PICK HER OWN DUE DATE each month. Something that we did not offer to any of our other clients.She declined this offer and continued to make late payments at her own will. Dishonoring and Disrespecting our company's payment policy. Thus leaving our company no other alternative but to send her a notice making her aware of the next potential steps Whitehouse Lawn Care, LLC would take against her if she failed to make payment.Upon receipt of that notice. We were highly offended that *** *** opted to lie to the Revdex.com creating a bogus story, thus leaving out all the factors leading up to the letter she received from us. Not to mention that we are offended that she left the most crucial detail out which was us offering her a customized payment plan to suit her personal needs.We have included *** *** on this email as a bcc because we want Revdex.com to hear our side and standpoint with all of the facts. Where its clear in the open with all partiesPlease see below the Certified Letter after meeting with our Legal Team sent to her ASAP after we received your letter stating she filed a complaint We granted her wishes and terminated her contract immediatlely, and we did not charge for any of the services that had already been rendered to her Thus leaving her free and clear of any debt to us, as well as free and clear of a derragtory claim on her personal credit However, after she received the attached email, she replied via email and said that she too is a business owner and had empathised with the frustrations of collecting a timely payment. Totally contrary to what she presented her claims to Revdex.com. What's most baffling in this matter is that she admits she is a business owner. Well if this is fact. Certainly, *** *** has her own payment policy for her own business and would not want anyone to disrespect or dishonor her business policies Whitehouse Lawn Care, LLC is nearing years of business and has never endured any complaints prior to this one. It is our mission to treat all of our customers with dignity and respect. Although *** *** did not reciprocate the same who is a business owner herself. Our legal team advised us to notify her that she potentionally could be responsible for slander and liebel as she did not tell Revdex.com all the facts which included a custom payment plan. Thus leaving our company and our legal team to believe that she was on mission to cause public damage.We forgive *** *** for her behavior and would hope that she has taken time to reflect and see that it was never our intent to harm her or her credit. But to provide her with readily options, which was to pick a due date she could live with.We thank Revdex.com for this platform and opportunity to address this matter. We wish things were on better terms with *** ***.
