We were excellent paying clients for nearly 5 years and have been completely satisfied and never had an issue until this year. It started with a plumbing issue with the clubhouse shower head In January 2015, that required us to turn the main off until it was repaired. We had trouble getting a plumbing contractor out in a timely manner and while we were waiting for the repairs we had to turn off the pumps to the pool in case the water level dropped too far. Otherwise is would hurt the pumps. So when there was a good rain, the service guy turned the pumps back on to circulate the water but didn't inform us so that we could watch the water level and so the water level dropped while the pumps were on. This resulted in pump failure and they wanted us to pay for the repairs even though the damage was their fault. They dropped us as a client.
