Do not waste your money or time with this businessIf you are even able to get anyone to return your phone call, it's a miracleAnd then when you show up for the appointment you made, all you will find is a dark room with a locked doorThey do not even bother to show up to their appointmentsThe lady in the salon next door saw me waiting and informed me that the person who does the teeth whitening has not showed up there for over a week and that there have been multiple clients showing up every day only to find that there is no one thereI waited minutes past my appointment time and then I called all three phone numbers associated with the business, all of them lead to a recorded messageI was also given the owner's cell phone, which went unanswered, and the voicemail is full so I couldn't even leave a voicemailThis is an unacceptable way to run a businessAfter contacting Groupon, I was able to get a refund, thank goodnessApparently *** has had to give many refunds for upset customers who tried to give their business to Whitening XpressionsStay far away from this place!

I writing this to warn the state of Arizona about the company Pro Glow Whitening, Formally Whitening XpressionsThis company is not what you think they areThey have changed their name multiple times due to the reviews on this pageThe owner has no business experienceHe has had multiple investors put money into his company and refuses to pay them back, and he spend the money on things that don’t help the business growHe has hired a GREAT new staff, but fails to pay themHe lies and states he has a GREAT company when the truth is he uses the money made by his employees to fund his own fun timesHe normally only has his friends work for him so that he cannot pay them and it be ok
The truth is the product has never been tested correctlyThe owner of this company is a fraud, he is a liar and he needs to be shut downHe is messing with the health and lively hood of the great people in this state to fund his own life and screw others over in the processI urge you to stay away, file complaints with the state, city and groupon and get this fraud of a business shut DOWN for good

Called to schedule at the SLC location and had, no answer 4x, left email and finally figured out how to scheduled online. I received a confirmation immediately and two reminders. Showed up and they said they didn't have me scheduled. I showed them the confirmation and they said that they are having problems with there online scheduler. They did not offer to reschedule. I told them I have called multiple times before using the online scheduler with no answer. All they offered was a different number didn’t even offer to reschedule the appointment with me at the time. They called later that day (3days after my messages) When I told the lady that I had already received a refund from Groupon she “explained” to me that the scheduler was through Groupon and it was their mistake!. I responded back that I went through their website to access the online scheduler! She then told me to make sure that I let Groupon know that the scheduler wasn’t working! When I didn’t agree she preceded to yell at me over the phone so loud that the people that were in the room could actually hear also! I have purchased many services through Groupon and know that you always have to contact the provider to schedule. This company is very unprofessional and do not care about customers and basically treated me as dirt. Stay away, service is not worth even a dollar . Groupon was great in refunding the crediting my account immediately.
