Revdex.com,In response to complaint ID ***,The warranty paperwork for which his son signed clearly states "No cash refund" it also states, "At sellers discretion items may be replaced with like item, every effort will be made to replace with same size, color, features & age." He refused the replacement set when it was offered.A scanned copy of the signed Warranty is attached.Sincerely,*** *** *** *** ***

It became quite clear early on that White's Appliances business model was based on "no cash refunds", and being your only option was to pay cash and sign a contract...you are trapped, and they're betting they can wear the customer down by making him continue to return items time and time again, knowing that eventually it won't be worth the time or amount spent on fuel dealing with these fraudsters. Not a bad business model as long as you never plan on having repeat customers...and are willing to relocate and open under a different name once the public is on to you!

I was the consumer who paid cash to [redacted] with Whites Appliances, I was never offered any alternative method of payment.,  she clearly understood that I was purchasing for my son who was there with me and signed the receipt.  The bottom line is still the same...this company represents its products to be tested and all components working before being offered for purchase. This washing machine was defective from the moment I tried to operate...she has never disputed this fact! And regardless of brushing us off with excuses for 6 days, they still refused to refund any money when I returned this salvage item. I don't doubt that they are inundated with calls to have repairs done to the equipment they sell, but I know from my experience he never made much more than a token visit and left the machine in a dilapidated state.I still will not accept anything less than a full refund from this corrupt business.
