To Whom It May Concern:I Mr. White owner of White's Auto at [redacted] Street Philadelphia Pa. 19142 TelephoneNumber ###-###-####. I received your letter the complain pertaining to Ms. [redacted]. I look at her car 2002 [redacted] at her house. She let me know that the insurance company...

may total her car because of frame damage. I did not start her car, Ms. [redacted] and I force to open the hood of her the car. She said to me when I was taking the car out before I got there she heard a noise under the fender. I let her know that it could be the fender liner rubbing on the fender, or brushing on the fan. I said to Ms. [redacted] I do not see anything externally, (meaning on the outside) bodily wrong with your car as I can see with my eyes that cannot be fix. Ms. [redacted] said to me that what I wanted to hear. For my insurance company wanted to total my car for they said that my car is too old. I told her when ever she bring the car to get a tow truck to get it to my shop, I gave her two estimate, one for her self, and one for her insurance company. For Body Work Labor, Parts, and Paint Work Labor. NO MECHANIAL WORK. I ask her how often she service her car she said regularly. She said to me Mr. White I will be in touch with you as soon as I hear from the insurance company. She did call me in two weeks, then she brought the car to the shop, and she brought me a deposit for the Parts. I was surprise when she call me and said she was on her way to the shop. She told me that the car just stop on her at 60" and Green-Way. I told her I will come and help her to get her car to the shop. My helper took me to her car She said all the light in the dash was blinking. We open the hood and the cable was loose, and a air hose that connect to the airflow box was off. We got the car started it and went to the shop. Her car was still running, when I was writing up her deposit. I Mr. White let her know she was taking a big risk driving her car that far with that damage on her car. A day after she call me, and ask if I see anything else that was wrong with my car. I told her that the cable, and the air hose was [redacted]
