In response to your letter of inquiry dated 06/23/2016 we are submitting the following facts; In April of 2016 the customer contacted our service department regarding in issue he claimed to be having with the operation of the Kubota M6060HDC tractor, SN 58642 he purchased 09/17/2015. Customer stated...

that tractor will rock back and forth with shuttle lever in neutral and range in gear and gear shift in gear.  On 04/18/2016 a service technician was dispatched for an on-site service call. The technician ran the tractor  and the complaint issue was not evident. The customer was not present.  On 04/27/2016 the same technician returned when the customer could be present. This time the customer ran  the tractor and the complaint issue was still not evident. The technician also tried running the tractor and there was no rocking issue evident. Sincerely,  Douglas A.
