Charles K[redacted] from Whit'e Roofing will be meeting with me this Saturday at 9am to address and discuss the situation.  Charles K[redacted] admittted to me there are issues with the roof.  I had the tarp put on and did not immediately contact him for the reason he said he would not be avaiable on labor Day weekend.  I had openings above the step flashings that had to be covered before a storm was coming on that Saturday,  There was a roofing company salesperson across the street from me that helped me prevent a major water situation from coming in my attic and living room and Charles K[redacted] saw this opening in the attic.  There are exposed "orange lines" on shingles and in my understanding from GAFS warranty states that the warranty does not cover if "not in strict accordance with GAF's printed application instructions".  As for the Fraud Flagged comment - [redacted] does know that White's Roofing originally overinflated shingle pricing among other ivoicing issues.  They did admit there were problems and re-invoiced a much lower price to Allstae.  If I would not have said anything and brought this issue to light - this would have gone undetected and [redacted] would have paid for some things that were not done.

Dear Sir/MadamA meeting was held on Sat Sept 27, 2014 that has successfully resolved the client complaint. The job is now paid in full and all parties signed a Waiver and Release document for all current and future obligations.Best regards,Charles K

Dear Sir/Madam:White's Roofing first became aware that [redacted] had concerns about his roof on or about 09/04/2014 when we received notice that [redacted] had stopped payment on the check he'd given us on 08/25/2014. He later admitted that he had not made any attempt...

to contact us about his concerns. We immediately called [redacted] and arranged a meeting with him.Upon arriving at [redacted]'s home, we discovered that a roofing salesman from another company had inspected our work and alarmed [redacted]. That salesman also covered a portion of the roof with a tarp, even though it was not leaking. While doing so, he nailed through a large portion of the newly installed shingles, damaging them beyond repair.
The shingles installed were [redacted] brand, and during that initial meeting, all parties agreed to have the [redacted]’s Representative inspect the job. All parties also agreed to respect and live by the recommendations of the [redacted] Representative as to the quality of the installation and needed repairs, if any.
A subsequent meeting was arranged at a time the [redacted] Representative could be present. We have attached to this response a copy of the [redacted] Representative’s report. It states that the instillation of the shingles was within [redacted]'s guidelines.
Lastly, in his complaint to the Revdex.com, [redacted] stated that White's Roofing is “Fraud-Flagged by [redacted]”. Of course, that statement concerned us greatly as we deal with [redacted] Insurance on a daily basis. We called [redacted], and they stated they had never heard of such a thing, so we assume it was just something the other roofing salesman made up (just as he had with other things he told [redacted] about his roof being improperly installed).
