We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. It was my understanding there was simply one thing left to do, a front door handle set problem that was outstanding item and that [redacted] knew of this. We are dropping everything right this minute to send our top personnel by his home...
to make sure we know of any and all problems. We will completely take care of this. This was supposed to be monitored by our operations manager who was to have made contact with [redacted] last week. We let this manager go last week. We again are very sorry and will do everything we can to make this customer happy.
