Our advertised claim of no hard data caps is true, hard data caps entail: overage fees, shutting off internet for going over or forcing a customer to change plansExede has NO hard data caps and does have a "soft" data cap of the speeds being slower/nonpriority if the customer goes over their priority data in their plan, most noticeably in the evenings, speeds depend on many factors, that is why we always recommend the lowest plan for personal patience, preference levels and budget, all of which is explained to every potential customer, allowing them the flexibility of choice through monitoring their usage and the ability to change their plan at any given time through their personal online account.We have made a business practice of removing and blocking any and all negative, bullying, derogatory, inflammatory posts and people from our page, we also do not respond to rudeness, bullying or threatening behavior in email or through our phone linesWe have come to realize that even though the vast majority of our customers are satisfied, if not elated with ours' and Exedes' services...especially since we are The #Satellite company for top speeds in the USA if not the world, we hold the majority of the United States Military internet contracts and just brought WiFi to Air Force One...there is always that percentage that is not happy with us, and/or the service we provide, ectwe can not please everyoneWe do our best to bring awesome rural internet to everyone and help with any equipment issues that occur, but will not tolerate disrespect on any level, nor should anyone

Again we do not respond to threats, your contract is with Exede and harassing us will not change that, you need to contact them regarding your contract

To Whom it May Concern with the Revdex.com: In response to Mrs [redacted] 's rejection of my response which you have asked me to respond to: I stand by my first response and have nothing to change, unlike Mrs [redacted] In my opinion the child present looked to be a minor but I did not ask for identification to prove otherwise It is not mine or my business practice to lie, or swindle anyone, and we have many, many happy satisfied customers who would and do give us glowing reviews, we have a 98% success rate in customer retentionAs for how we can resolve her issues: as stated in our previous response [redacted] informed me that they had already let her out of her contract and they would handle her accountWhitetail Technologies makes no advertised claims that are or untrue and will not stop advertising my businessI ask that any liberties Mrs [redacted] has taken in her statements about speaking for others be taken in account as not facts but only her words as she seems to not be able to be honest or keep her stories straightI hope this gets resolved quickly for all involved, thanks and have a good day Jeff [redacted] -Whitetail Technologies

I am rejecting this response because:
Whitetail technologies' response is filled with informationJeff *** never explained anything in the contract, he never explained them throttling the service that we had no internet service at all, I never typed in any information in his
computer, nor was I informed that he was doing itMy year old daughter and year old son were in the room (I don't have minor children) with both Jeff and myself when Jeff was, I assume, typing my name to the agreementI did not supply him with the last digits of my credit card, he must have had this information written down from our phone conversation, of which I was told it was a $charge to make sure it was a real account/personI specifically said I didn't want to use that card for payment, which he stated no funds would be chargedI cancelled that card (per my bank's advice) before sending back the equipment as another customer duped by Jeff, told me that *** let her out of her contract (after Whitetail technologies signed her name to the contract as well!) and still charged her account over $It took several weeks of communication between the Revdex.com and *** for her to get a refundMy (adult) children are willing to make a statement of what was said and done during my appointmentLet us know if you would like that doneI do not want his name removed from the list of undesirable companiesHe not only lied to me but many other people in our community, they have either reported Exede/Whitetail Technologies to the Revdex.com themselves, or I have encouraged people not to proceed with installation after our dealings with themI have screenshots of conversations that Jeff and I had, I had talked to him several times about our service not working before talking with *** and then having them inform me of the contractI did, in fact, leave a message for Jeff saying I was reporting him, as signing my name to a contract is against the lawThat is the only truthful comment in his statementThank you

This information should be on their websiteYour average person is not going to know what this information meansNone of what I said on Facebook was derogatory, I simply left a constructive review and it was deletedI will not let this go until my contract is cutYou need to be honest about what these things mean to your average consumer who doesn't know the difference between a data cap and hard data capThis is misleading and bad business practice Cut my contract and I will leave this alone
