Whitetime Professional Distribution Reviews (5)

Review: They are advertising their product that it is safe. It is not safe to have 6% peroxide administered by yourself. It should only be done by a dental professional. They then rip you off by not sending the terms & conditions that state you must cancel within 12 days or you will be charged the full amount. There isn't a confirmation email to state that you agree to their terms & conditions. It's just a big scam.Desired Settlement: Full refund of 100.99

Review: Hi Team,

I have been advised to contact the consumer affairs in the US regarding the free trial I signed up for on the 19th August with White time for dental teeth whitening. After contacting my bank and the trading standards they have informed me to contact yourselves to resolve this fraudulent activity. I feel like I have been completely miss sold, I took the free trial on the 19th August, didn’t receive this product until the 29th August, which is when a payment was taken. I have called the company to request a return and a refund, they have told me its past 12 days so I can’t return, my questions was how can I return if I have not recieved by the time you have taken the payment? I am not aware of signing anything or being told of any terms and conditions explaining to me that after 12 days I will be charged £99 I asked for their address and the agent hung up the phone. His attitude was shocking and they know exactly what they are doing. their practice is a scam and the uk trading standards are aware of their activities but because they are outside the UK our legislation doesn’t hold up which is why I have been told to contact yourself.

Trading standards reference number - [redacted] The email address is [email protected] Settlement: I want to be refunded the £99 with a letter of apology for the malpractice the business has shown. I also feel teh business needs to stop advertising the free trial without highlighting and making customers aware they are signing up to a subsription.

Review: This company sell teeth whitening products. Their website advertise a free trial and you only have to pay 1 postage for the product. They do not provide their t&c's or any confirmatory emails. They then set up a continuous payment and deduct 99.99 from your account 12 days after they have your bank details.I placed an order for the trial on 13 August. I received it on the 16th and they took 99.99 on 26th August.Upon receiving the trial, I could only use it for one application and it burnt my mouth. I have asked my bank to cancel any more payments to them which they have done. I have contacted the company saying they are breaking EU Law by 1) not having a 14 day cooling off period. 2)Stating the cancellation period is 12 days from payment but it's 12 days from receipt of product by EU law 3) Their website claimed a 30 day money back guarantee if you weren't satisfied with the product 4) I also informed them that the levels of Hydrogen peroxide in their product is illegal in the UK (limit is 0.5% and product contains 6%).They refuse to refund me. They say they are not in the EU so don't need to abide by EU rules. They say their terms and conditions state I need to cancel within 12 days of asking for the trial so I'm getting no money back. They are breaking all sorts of rules and their product is a health risk. It's a complete scam designed to obtain money without authorisation. Had I been told I needed to cancel, I would have done so immediately. Their terms and conditions actually linked to a chlorax advert, they were not provided to me by post or email, I had no order number, no instructions or billing information with the product. I am absolutely livid that they can do this.Desired Settlement: Full refund of 99.99 which I am entitled to under EU Consumer Laws.

They do not provide their t&c's or any confirmation emails. They then set up a continuous payment and deduct £99.99 from your account 12 days after they have your bank details without pre warning you or giving you the chance to cancel.

I have asked my bank to cancel any more payments to them which they have done. I have contacted the company saying they are breaking EU Law by

1) not having a 14 day cooling off period.

2)Stating the cancellation period is 12 days from payment but it's 12 days from receipt of product by EU law

3) Their website claimed a 30 day money back guarantee if you weren't satisfied with the product

4) I also informed them that the levels of Hydrogen peroxide in their product is illegal in the UK (limit is 0.5% and product contains 6%).

I have sent several emails asking for a refund if I return the product as it is within the 30 day trial period which they advertise on their site if you are not happy with the product. They refuse to refund me.

I am absolutely livid that they can do this. In the package they do not send any instructions or details of how to return if not wanted. They do not have a contact telephone number that works. They have an email address and they do reply but not in answer to queries about returns and refunds. There are terms and conditions which state the above information but all this info is not on the advert itself and the terms and conditions are not referred to on the advert.

This is a scam that has caused hundreds of people to lose out on money, for something that they did not agree to and did not authorise. The company trade under a number of different names meaning that even when the bank blocks the transactions they can still take money from you. This company need to be stopped.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the £99.99 that was taken from my bank without authorisation.

Review: UK,Whitetime-whitening.co and second company name uk.the-white-expert.com

They advertise free trial offer of their products for only £1 delivery . Products: 'Whitetime' and 'the white expert' both teeth whitening treatments. A total of £200 has been taken out of my bank account by them, £198 was unauthorised by myself. After the £1 charge comes out they then 12 days later (or sooner some people have experienced)take out a second payment of £99 for each of these products ordered under the advertising of costing only £1, risk free trial offer, 30 day money back guarantee and if it doesn't work we'll give you full refund. The company do not give you any pre-order contract confirmation info - breaking EU law :- Consumer-Contract (information, cancellation and additional charges info) Regulations 2013. Yo so not receive any email or anything whatsoever. When ordering these products there is a small t&c's link - mostly unfair terms which probably break more laws. It's not until you realise this second bank charge happens that you know this company has scammed you, at that point upon contacting the company by email and asking for to return product and get refund you are told your 12 day trial period has ended therefore refund is not possible. Some people are being told send it back and are charged a further £40 and still not refunded. This company has scam written all over it and needs to be investigated please. Their staff answering calls are literally laughing at the customers, hanging up and saying let it be a lesson to you. The man behind it all I believe to be A polish young man Piotr Kaszubski has made millions from this. The products could potentially be harmful to health if the levels of peroxide are to high.Desired Settlement: For the right people to investigate this company, for the company to be shut down and everyone get their money back and compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused
