The rim was done on 05/10/ The Rim was the hold up in this whole process As we do not build the Rims ourselves, we have no control over the manufacturer's time frame We did ask for said rim to be rushed and talked to the rim builder every chance we got to find out where the rim was in its process We were at our office all day and we did not receive calls from Mr [redacted] until hearing from his wife [redacted] then proceeded to tell her that it would be done on 05/10/ We did offer to ship said rim and tire at no further cost to Mr [redacted] .We did refund the monies in check form Which did indeed get returned by our bank (we are investigating and complaining to our bank about this incident as it most defiantly should not have been returned at all)On Thursday, 05/12/ Mrs [redacted] called to say the check was returned We offered a money order instead Mrs [redacted] then stated she wanted it by the end of the day 05/12/ Some other items were said to [redacted] that shall not be repeated but were of a threatening nature.At appromiatly 3:Mrs [redacted] picked up a Cashier's Check in the name of [redacted] for $ All complaints have been on items that are not within our control, IE custom orders, and all customers have been refunded promptly when asked We cannot control the nature of Social Media sites and cannot control the negative reviews that come from it even though we try Most complaints come from people not in our customer data baseAs for the name changes which I was not able to address with Mrs [redacted] even though she brought it up, yes we have had some name changes over the past several years, times in the past years Being basically accused of changing names to "hide" is outright false We bought the company with one name, changed it to our suiting and finally this year we introduced our new services and with that our new and final name changeThank you for reading this response In summary, we did refund the monies in Cashier Check on 05/12/ We wish Mrand Mrs [redacted] all the best and have fun with your truck.- [redacted]
