On August 30th Roschi Brothers was called out to the *** residents for a no water callUpon arrival we found the underground wires were shorted out and would no longer run the well pumpAt that time we temporally installed a new set of wires over the top of the ground to get the well
pump runningAfter pump was running we checked the well pump and it was working but at a much higher amperage than it should beWe told the owner that we could replace the well pump if they wanted to but they would need a licensed electrician to replace the underground wireAt that time we replaced the well pump and everything else in the wellWe had talked about the underground wires and said to them that we do not replace the underground wires unless we are replacing the water lateral and that they should get a local electrician to do the replacementAt that point we left after our portion of the job was completedWe have not heard a word about this job till June at that time *** talked to the owner and she stated that the wires were still on top of the ground and that she hasn't been able to find an electrician to do the work*** said that he would make some calls to see if he could find someone to replace the underground wire. *** found a electrician to replace the wires and called the homeowner and left two messages with no return call as of yet. It is not common practice to replace the underground wire during a pump replacement

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. The response I received from Roschi Brothers is not accurate. I did try to contact the company when I couldn't find an electrician to bury the wires. I never got a response until 6/2/16, when I tried again to contact the company. One of the guys who came out to my house called me back. He had to pull our file as he couldn't remember our job. He seemed very annoyed that I called him to let him know that I contacted several electricians who questioned why the wires weren't taken care of at the time the well pump was replaced. None of them wanted to do the job or just never got back to me. I then became upset as I researched well pump replacement and contacted a local well pump company who was surprised that Roschi Bros would leave the wires the way they did***, the guy that called me, stated that they were soooo busy and for them to come out all the way from Wales to handle the wires, it would be a while and would cost me another $850.00! That response told me that they could have taken care of the wires at the time they replaced the well pump, but they just didn't want to. If a well pump requires electricity to run, they have to know how to wire them properly. *** stated that they only do the wiring if they are installing a well pump at a new home. I also brought up the one electrician's name he did give me when they were at my home doing the job, and how he claimed he was too busy to take care of us. I had to ask *** to contact his electrician to see if he could get him out. He again seemed annoyed and said fine, but we are really busy, so it might be a while before I get back to youI was appalled at this point that he was so unwilling to make this right and had the nerve to say they could do it, but it would cost me. My husband and I had no idea we would have to call an electrician to bury wires when Roschi Bros replaced our well pump. They told us after they were done when we questioned why the wires were hanging over the top. This is bad business all the way around. *** called me a week or so later after they saw my complaint, and kept stating that well replacement doesn't include electrical workHe even stated that he called a couple electricians and they said they wouldn't do the wiring, but *** came across one that would. He never got a price, just told me the name. *** said they see home a year like mine, were the wires short out and they just leave the wires out and expect the homeowner to call an electrician. The bottom line is they were too lazy to install the wires properly. When person pays $for a $pump, they shouldn't have to worry about calling another person out to complete the job properly. We honestly thought everything would be done properly and to codeI found a great company that took care of my wires. They charged $to take care of the wires. I feel Roschi Bros should reimburse this cost.*** ***

I received the response and Princeton Community Hospital will agree to hold the account for 90 days with no payment required. At the end of the 90 days the patient will need to call to set up a monthly payment agreement. If no agreement is set up then the account will remain at the outside agency. Patient Support Services can be reached at [redacted] to help with setting up your payment or any questions you may have.

Our records indicate receipt of the payment of $700.00 on February 5, 2015 and $22.29 on April 10, 2015. (The $700 payment was applied to 3 separate visits paying off two of the three accounts with balances due.) On February 5, 2015 a Princeton Community Hospital representative advised by phone we...

would need to set up a payment plan. A payment plan was not established as the PCH representative was advised could not do at that time but would call back to set up. On April 9, 2015 the PCH representative mailed a financial form for completion after discussing via phone and again advised a payment plan needed to be established. The form was requested to be returned by April 17, 2015 and was not. Princeton Community will gladly work to establish a mutually acceptable payment plan however, required forms need to be completed and returned.   The direct contact number is [redacted].
