I am rejecting this response because: I still believe the mistake was on the part of their computer. I understand the hour policy. However, I called and tried to resolve this issue as soon as I received their confirmation. The policy is flawed if you can not change it immediately either on the website or by phone

Customer called to move the date from Saturday to Sundaywe have hrscancellation policy and customer knows when they book on linecustomer called *** hotel customer relation could not cancel reservation as soft were design as hrspolicycustomer relation called and talk to ManagerManager
