This company was referred by SamsungI have a Samsung induction oven and needed a repairman to look at my induction burner First, the repairman did not come at the scheduled time When I complained, he told me I could take another day off and reschedule I told him I could not do that and that he could still come When he came, he was already on the telephone talking about calculating the cost of the repair on my oven He had not seen the oven yet! When he did see the oven, he pushed a couple of buttons, then called an associate and started calculating the cost if installing a new burner He had not looked behind the oven or taken a look at the circuit board He told me it would cost over to fix the oven, in addition to the service call which had to be paid in cash When I questioned him about his experience with these types of ovens, he told me he had worked on many of these ovens He did not even know how to turn the oven on, which told me he did not know snything about thus stove When I asked if he was going to look behind the oven or look at the circuit board, he said if it would make me feel better, he would do so When my husband told him, he wanted to video tape what he did, he picked up all his things and ran out the door When I called Samsung, the said they had no record of this company being sent to do any repairs

We have Frigidaire appliances and this is the appliance repair that we were asked by them to use for our dishwasher They came out as it was leaking and said they needed to order a part When they came back the repairman said it was fixed but the dishwasher did not close He insisted over and over again that it was fixed and at one point kicked it shut When we tried to file a complaint with the business they were aggressive and belligerent If you are asked to use them as part of a warrantee on an appliance don't! They are the worse of any service I have ever experienced After this ordeal I honestly hope Frigidaire seriously considers dropping them as warrantee support

I phoned the company after my repairman "William" left my home I was then asked to write a review Honestly, MORE people like William should be employed at the companies William, appeared to be a nice and personable personUpon his arrival he showed me his ID and even wiped off his feet as he entered my home I asked him tons of questions and he answered them with ease and professionalism I would like to mention he did not appear to be turned off by my influx of questions He was very knowledgeableKudos, to William and his mannerism, professionalism and customer service skills!!

These guys are greatBought year service contract for our Frigidaire washer dryer at Lowe's last yearHose was leakingThey sent William out who got here on between the time scheduled, called when closeCame & fixed the problem in minutes Kind & considerate
