Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The final bill statement does not include the unit prep fee or shows any proof that it was included towards the final balance before applying the refundable depositsI understand the pet fee was just a fee to have animals on the premises, but no where on the final statement is it showing the unit prep fee has been applied as per the lease agreementTherefore, the final balance should be less that amount you are stating Regards, [redacted]

*** Dear Sirs, We are in receipt of the above-referenced complaintMs***’ billing on her Final Account Statement is correctNon-refundable fees are just that fees that are one-time and not refundableMs***’ paid a non-refundable pet fee of $plus tax and that is a one-time fee that the Villas on Hampton charged for allowing her to have a pet on the premisesThe second one-time non-refundable fee was the unit prep fee which is used to cover charges at move outHowever, the damages to Ms***’ unit exceeded the amount of the unit prep fee of $plus tax. Therefore, the non-refundable fees are not on the Final Account Statement because the fees are not applicable towards damages on the unit at move outMs***’ account will remain with a balance owed of $and this amount is due in full within days of this letter otherwise we will pursue further collection action. Respectfully, *** ***Management SupportAccount Resolution
