No the complaint wasnt resolved, the dmv and all state insurance was not able to prove the extent of the damage that was done. The dmv was only able to collect money for a paint/wrap job that was never done but paid for.
[redacted] Bentley was brought in to our shop from an incident involving vandalism and damage to his front bumper. His insurance company was not willing to pay to properly repair his vehicle resulting in it being stowed away for almost 6 months. Joshua knew exactly where his car was and was showed it each and every time he stopped by to check on progress. He even took it to the gas station down the block to fill up the tank, then broke in to our building and TOOK his car back without permission and without the insurance company coming back for a supplement inspection. The other "[redacted]" he is alleging were there prior to the vehicle being brought in to our shop. The Bentley was used as a rental car in Miami and was transported to New York. From nonpayment of transportation, the driver damaged his bumper and vandalized his vehicle. [redacted] complaint is completely baseless and we would like this complaint removed from our business page.

I brought my car in for a damage bumper on april 15th 2015, 3 months later I'm recieving a quote for 30,000$ in damages
