This is by the worst managed apartment complex I have ever lived in Examples below of how they are untrustworthy and should be overlooked when looking for a place to live
They constantly put papers in front of your door looking for information about you even after you go to the office to provide Example: prior to moving out in May, it was weekly that they were looking for email addresses of tenants It is a waste of paper, and trashes the hallway Target the tenants where you believe it is out of date, keep a list of who has provided you new info and don't continue to waste their timeOn more than one occasion they had papers in front of our door asking who owned storage locker XYZ A prime example of poor record keepingThere was trouble with young kids skateboarding and lighting fires in our underground parking garage Their resolution was to change the locks into the main building and to add locks onto all doors that connected directly with the garage What they did in reality was to not put new locks on the main doors to the building because they "purchased the wrong ones" and the locks on the doors connected directly to the garage kept you locked into the garage not out of it So when you got out of your car to leave the garage you needed to use a key to get out This does little to prevent kids from getting in and doing harm There was a crack in our tub, we needed to call the office multiple times before they fixed A repairman came to fix our sink when we never called the office to have them come and look at our sink and nothing was wrong with it We turned in our keys early as we bought a house and continued to pay our rent They informed us we would be told if they showed the apartment and if any new tenants moved in We were never informed that they showed the place and we only found out new tenants moved in when we contacted WE Energies to terminate our service as our lease was upThese items should scare away any potential renters, I hope anyone looking for a place to rent will find a better managed location

this is an unsafe place to live power surges are a fire hazrd called in august still no electriction and all maintenance going in and out of apartments all ours of night and morning

No visitor parking (3 spaces , 300-400 apartments) . They over charge you on rent and dont expect to get your deposit back no matter how clean you leave the apartment. They are extremely rude in the office and very unorganized . They do not keep tenants long. The rent is raised an outrageous amount every year.

This apartment complex and the staff here are terrible. The staff does not care about their tenats and are very rude. The apartment buildings are unsafe and open to anyone who wants to come in. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on. Parking is bad and also very unsafe. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
