We are sorry for any inconvenience the patient has had to endure. I have forwarded the complaint to the Optical Manger and have ask her to expedite the matter

We process about 300-preregistrations daily, and we almost always document the conversation Looking at the notes on this patient, we do not have any conversation documented, so I am not sure what we told him when the appointment was made Since this is a very common plan that we
deal with frequently, I feel we probably alerted this patient to some extent But, since not documented, we have to assume we did not say anything It is the responsibility of the patient to make sure he/she is familiar with their benefit So, all this having been said, I will adjust the balance owed to $ I am glad to resolve this with no further time expended Thank you for your help!APJ
