unlawful eviction.  So, the claim by Ms. [redacted] is incorrect.  Even though the ending lease date had expired and Ms. [redacted] was on a month to month basis, the lease remains in effect.  The claim by Ms. [redacted] that she was not on a lease is wrong and incorrect.  It should be noted that the court awarded judgement in favor of [redacted] for possession of the apartment occupied by Ms. [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] chose not to move, and a Writ of Execution was filed by management, and a Writ of Execution was granted to [redacted].  A Writ of Execution was executed by the Sheriffs Department and the locks were changed.  The removal of her name from the eviction will not be removed.  Ms. [redacted] had plenty of time to remove her personal belongings between the court date and the Writ of Execution date.  The move-out procedures are written in the lease.
