They are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.
Whitney Management is very quick to make promises, but rarely do they complete (or even start!) the work as promised. When you inquire, expect the blame to fall on you, the weather, a spaceman, your neighbors, or anyone and everyone except them! Incredibly rude and unprofessional, with little regard for their customers. I would NEVER buy a property in an association managed by Whitney.

Review: I am writing this complaint on behalf of Edward Grabarczyk. On 11-21-13 a driver in a Whitney Management truck side swiped Edward Grabarczyk in North Branford, CT. The driver sped off. At the red light ahead the driver of the Whitney Mgmt truck was forced to stop and Edward Grabarczyk took down the license plate of the truck, the name on the truck and physically got out of his vehicle and approached the driver and told the driver that he hit Edward's vehicle. The driver of the Whitney Mgmt truck sped off again and Edward proceeded to a gas station and approached a police officer and a police report was written up. On 12-2-13, [redacted] contacted [redacted] of Whitney Mgmt and told him of the above incident. [redacted] asked for a copy of the police report and estimate of damages. Both were forwarded to [redacted] of Whitney Mgmt wit no response. On or about January 16, 2014, Edward Grabarczyk and [redacted] visited [redacted] at Whitney Mgmt on 17 Hamden Park Dr. in Hamden, CT. [redacted] looked at Edward's vehicle and said he will get back to Edward by the following day. [redacted] has left messages for [redacted] on Jan. 16, 2014, January 28, 2014, February 4 2014 and February 12, 2014 with NO response. I would like to file an official complaint with this company for allowing a driver to commit a hit and run with a police report stating as such and not doing right by the injured party.Desired Settlement: As discussed with [redacted] of Whitney Mgt., we would like to have Witney Management pay for the damages of Edward Grabarczyk's vehicle.

Review: They have not power washed when paid to do so .They have broken cable boxs and gutters when mowing are lawn and broken windows plush crashed into a foundation and destroyed curbs when company plowedDesired Settlement: To fix curb fix gutters fix cable box ,power wash all the buildings told to in condo complex clean the gutters told too.
