I used ABC bonding for an incident which occurred about years ago On the day I was to appear in court I was very sick I called ABC bonding to see if they could reschedule my court date I was told they could I was so worried I call back several times asking them if they were able to reschedule They absolutely positively told me it had been rescheduled

and gave me my new court date When I appeared in court on the date they advised me, I was arrested for failure to appear because ABC bonding lied to me they never even called the court!!! I also found out they don't have the ability to change a court date Now they are trying to collect excessive court fees from me!!! I spoke to several other Bonding companies who advised me of they are notorious for this I have read several other reviews which are very similar to mine My friend put his house up as collateral and now they have filed on lien on his property I trusted them and believed them I have made many attempts to explain what happened to them and they simply say they are sorry I was misinformed
