I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
in the response it is quoted that he worked on the van...also had 4 oil changes and repaired items. I did not go the to Revdex.com for the van I wanted my VW fixed. He did not do 4 oil changes on either the van or the VW as the van was repossessed due to non payment from my daughter after she had it for only 4 months. Second, I only had two oil changes on the VW as that is when their mechanic did the first oil change wrong and the second oil change is when they found the problem and still did another oil change. I asked for the repair of the VW to what it was when I bought it(or close to it) they seem to have their receipts all mixed up with the van and the VW. He did replace the back drivers side tail issue but it only lasted for 6 months as it does not work. I asked him if maybe there was an electrical issue as it only works when it rains. but again I was ignored. They do not do the best job and take care of their customers as I have heard many people complain about this dealership and their repairs that were not done properly. They need to get their receipts in order and then get back to you as I stated only 2 oil changes were done,repaired the back light does not work cross, threated the oil filter and broke something as oil all over the engine that was not broke before they touched it for the first oil change. they do a lot of talking but do not stand up to their promises and I am tired of their lies and side stepping the issues that are at hand. thank you, [redacted]
I am talking about the volkswagon tiguan I missed spoke when I said van I realize its a suv... We have went above above and beyond for mrs [redacted] I am sorry but at some point she has to take ownership. As I stated last time she has been for a year out of warranty and I wuld help her with a loaner car so she can get to work for a couple days but she has to pay for the repair.please call me with any questions I have exhausted!!!!!ALL AVENUES FOR HER. Hi [redacted] I received your email from Mrs [redacted]..I have definitely helped this woman out much more then required to.she bought a van that had almost 90k miles she did not purchase a warranty..I replaced the brakes for no charge 6000 miles after she had it I replaced the lights and control board also...
no cost.I always provided a loaner car for her at goodwill,my mechanic never spilled or threaded anything wrong with her van even know she thought she heard that,totally different car and situation nothing to do with her van..along with the 4 free oil changes she received... I tried helping her by saying the last time we spoke I would fix her car at exact cost of parts and labor no up charge and clean the car again for her for free..she declined she refuses to pay a dollar I would love to re clean her van and fix it properly as long as she is willing to pay for repair...we do things the right way and definitely want to help,but I have over 650.00$$ of repairs I have done for free with receipts out of warranty for her..so I have to draw line somewhere and I am to that point maam..once again sorry for her situation but definitely went above and beyond for her and continue to do with all my customers.... thanks [redacted].
