I believe the information from him to be inaccurate I have proof confirming that I have proceeded with small claims and he will be served tomorrow

Our first time customer, Karen Pfeiffer ("customer"), contacted our sales department to purchase a used autoclave that was within her budget. The customer settled on a 20+ year old used Tuttnauer 2340M autoclave. The purchase price was $1,500 (charged 5/1/17) + Freight $109.11 (charged 5119/17)...

$1,609.11 total.The customer stated that when they received the equipment it was damaged. When they contacted our sales department regarding the reported damage it sounded as if the problems might have been freight related and we requested pictures of the equipment and the related packaging materials to potentially file a freight claim. The customer was told to return the autoclave for inspection for possible repair / exchange (as the credit card authorization form that was signed clearly states our policy of "No Refunds"). On 5/26/17 the customer spoke with the owner and was told to return the autoclave so that we might inspect it for the reported damage to assess if it was freight related. Once an inspection was performed we would make an exception to our "No Refund" policy and refund the purchase price. The customer asked that to be put in writing and an email was sent following the phone call.
