Review: 10 apartments with tenants have been without hot water for 6 days so far.

We have been told by management that it would be fixed several different times and days but then today they said it wouldn't be till tomorrow. The office has stated that it would be highly unlikely we would be compensated for this inconvenience of showering somewhere else and not being able to properly clean our dishes. They have also made several different statements of why its out: one of them is they blame Entergy not coming out to turn on the power another is the hot water heater that they have had trouble with in the past. They have also disregarded our complaints and even laughed when I asked for verification by entergy.Desired Settlement: I would love for these 6 days to be taken off of our rent but........ my main reason for doing this is to let other people know that this business is poorly run and maintained. The staff has horrible customer service skills, the manager (female) talks down to people and they all generally seem to have a really be lacking in their people skills. This is not the only issue I have had in my last 11 months here this is just the worst issue.
