My husband and I are new to the area so we tried this placeNo greeting when we entered the business by either of the girls up frontThey rudely told me to siand go sit downI was asked to fill out a new client form and I was asked "are you done yet?" then walked into an exam roomOnce in the exam room, no vitals were taken, no one asked me about my pets current medical conditions, medications, allergies or transferring paperwork over from my previous vetThe doctor came in and was afraid to touch my cat, and had no idea what to do about her medical problem then said they could not help herI received a "treatment plan" for $with no tests being done yet recommended about five medications which made her condition WORSENThey held my cat ransom in the back until I paid my billI reached out four times to discuss the matter with a supervisor/owner and received no calls back

I was asked to fill out a new client form and I was asked "are you done yet?" then walked into an exam room. Once in the exam room, no vitals were taken, no one asked me about my pets current medical conditions, medications, allergies or transferring paperwork over from my previous vet. The doctor came in and was afraid to touch my cat, and had no idea what to do about her medical problem then said they could not help her. I received a "treatment plan" for $300 with no tests being done yet recommended about five medications which made her condition WORSEN. They held my cat ransom in the back until I paid my bill. I reached out four times to discuss the matter with a supervisor/owner and received no calls back.
