Whittier Village Pools

Very dis-pleased with this companies attention to detail and customer service. I've had multiple issues with the pool service guys not brushing, vacuuming, cleaning properly, etc. They show up every week, but definitely do not do the job I am paying for. I've discussed my dissatisfaction with managers and other employees, where they seemed like they were concerned, yet I am still having the same issues... Algae shows up and they don't clean, they over chlorinate, causing my water to exceed 2500ppm and my water is only 1 year old. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone and suggest anyone using them to switch to another company or do it yourself.
