This business is very unprofessional and rudeThey towed my daughters car on a Friday nightThe car is registered in my name and I reside in Maryland.I was told to call Monday and speak to a manager who will let me know what a letter has to state + have it noterized, and overnight it to themThis means they will hold my daughters car and charge for it for the next four daysThey were also extremely unprofessional and hung up on me twice while I was attemting to get answerIn addition my daughter is left stranded as she is not allowed to get to her vehicle It would be a reasonable expectation that the man I spoke it could at least let me know what the letter needs to state so I can get it there by Monday morning, and not have to wait for a manager
