Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: His statement is not true I am representing neighbors, of which are located on the hill We requested a small amount of rock at the bottom of the hill The rest was to go on the upper part of the driveway in an area that had hardly any rock at all Instead, he dumped the whole yards on the hill and left The additional load was not discounted We had to pay someone else to bring yards of fill material to make the road useable I do not recommend hiring this company.Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, As per our estimate, road was graded and compactedgravel was delivered, placed, & compactedWe were complimented for work performed from customers on the road, unfortunately [redacted] felt there was not enough gravel placed towards the end of the road nearest his drivewayIt is best not to place too much rock on a steep hill similar to which is located just ahead of ***’s driveway [redacted] felt that there was not enough rock placed in this area and was adamant that more be delivered and placed on the hill which we did at no additional charge for one load and a discounted rate for the second loadThere was no changing his mind and I was not about to argue with the customerWhen [redacted] contacted me some time after the work had been completed and paid for he insisted I return to make changes to the area he initially asked me to place additional rock, which I stated I was happy to help with although I could not perform the additional work at no costI would have been happy to help out at a discounted rate but they chose to have someone else perform the additional work Thank You, Bob W [redacted] Whitworth Excavating Inc Office Phone: [redacted]
