customer has currently put the software into "Maintenance Mode")At the customer's request, WHMCS staff went above & beyond the advertised remit of the Installation & Configuration service and made customisations to the customer's website so as to point links on their website to our software. Our last response to the customer's follow-up questions was at Friday 12th August 2016 at 05:52. The customer made no further responses at the time, so the ticket was closed automatically after a week. Our reference for this communication was #[redacted].More recently the customer contacted us on 3rd May 2017 with details of a complaint pertaining to the same service completed nearly a year earlier. Our reference for this communication is #[redacted].The customer's contact was acknowledged within 3 hours and escalated to the support manager. 2 minutes later, the Support Manager offered to resolve the matter for the customer and asked for access to their website to make the necessary changes. Our last response to the customer's complaint was Wednesday 3rd May at 07:19. The customer made no further responses at the time, so the ticket was closed automatically after a week.With the customer's approval I would be pleased to provide the full communication logs demonstrating our willingness and offers to resolve the customer's outstanding issues, even though I believe the problems are related to their website and not our software
